This flower umbrella is everything!

My friend Molly and I are always scheming our next photoshoot. She is the queen of everything florals, and I always want to be included in everything she does. When she has a vision, she nails it every time, so it's so satisfying when I can help bring her vision to life through photographs.

We initially talked about doing a wrap/shawl made of flowers, but when she sent me an inspiration picture of a floral umbrella, I knew we had found our next project!

Briarwood Estate was the perfect venue for this photoshoot. We were looking for an enchanting, secret garden vibes, and this is exactly what this venue is! They have an endless amount of gardens, everywhere you turn is a new spot to take photos, they even have a ceiling made of wisteria (it's amazing!) We wandered around and made sure the star of the show (the umbrella) was always able to stand out. The one difficult thing was the heaviness of the umbrella, but our model, Emma, made it look so effortless and graceful. We loved working with her. She had the perfect softness and joy that we were looking for.
